The fine print:
This offer applies only to websites that Westerly Creative Studio has previously worked on. You must purchase a package by the end of February 15 and redeem your hours in 2026. Certain black-out dates apply and all changes are subject to standard turn-around times. The minimum amount of time that can be requested is 20 minutes.
Retainer specialty pricing does not include advanced code, paid plugins, third-party assets, copywriting, illustrations, or rush jobs.

If you don’t use them all, that’s okay. However, they don’t roll over into the next year, so it’s recommended that you use them all if possible.
